Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Club Management Platform (hereinafter "Platform"), operated by Ten9.Cloud (hereinafter "Provider"). By registering or using the Platform, you accept these terms.
2. Services
The Platform provides clubs and organisations with the following features: member management, calendar and event management, online registrations, volunteer coordination, rankings and results, club finances, newsletters, and statistics.
3. Registration and Club Code
Each club receives a unique Club Code upon approval. This code is required for login and identifies the club on the platform. The Club Code must be kept confidential.
4. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information upon registration
- Protect access credentials (password, club code)
- Use the platform exclusively for club-related purposes
- Comply with applicable laws, in particular data protection law
5. Pricing
Usage fees are agreed individually. Current terms are available upon request. The Provider reserves the right to adjust prices with 30 days' notice.
6. Liability
The Provider's liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. No liability is accepted for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits.
7. Governing Law
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
