- Registration data: Club name, club code, sport category, admin name, email, phone, address
- Usage data: Pages visited, timestamps, anonymised IP address, browser, operating system
- Communication data: Email correspondence, newsletter consent
3. Purpose of Processing
- Contract performance: operation of the platform
- Communication: responding to enquiries
- Improvement: usage analysis to optimise the platform
- Security: protection against misuse

- Registration data: duration of contract + 10 years
- Usage logs: 90 days
- IP addresses: anonymised after 30 days
